개인정보처리방침

에픽스(이하 “회사”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
01개인정보의 처리 목적
회사는 다음 목적을 위해 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용하지 않습니다. 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행합니다.
- 상담 신청 접수, 본인 확인 및 상담 회신
- 문의 내용에 따른 서비스 안내 및 견적 제공
02처리하는 개인정보 항목
- 필수: 이름, 이메일 주소, 문의 내용
- 선택: 회사명, 전화번호, 관심 분야
- 자동 생성 정보: 서비스 이용 과정에서 접속 IP 주소, 접속 일시, 브라우저 정보 등이 보안 및 서비스 안정성 확보를 위해 호스팅 사업자에 의해 자동으로 생성·처리될 수 있습니다.
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
03개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간
회사는 상담이 종료되면 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 상담 이후 계약 체결 등 후속 응대를 위해 상담 신청일로부터 최대 1년까지 보관할 수 있으며, 관계 법령에 따라 보존할 필요가 있는 경우에는 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
04개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 정보주체의 별도 동의가 있거나 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
05개인정보 처리업무의 위탁 및 국외 이전
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁하고 있으며, 해당 수탁자는 국외에 위치합니다.

- 이전 일시 및 방법: 상담 신청서 제출 시 암호화된 네트워크(HTTPS)를 통해 전송
- 보유 및 이용 기간: 위탁 업무 처리 완료 또는 위탁 계약 종료 시까지(각 수탁자의 정책에 따름)
- 거부 방법 및 효과: 국외 이전을 원하지 않는 경우 상담 신청서를 이용하지 않고 이메일([email protected])로 직접 문의하실 수 있습니다. 다만 이메일 역시 이용하시는 메일 서비스 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
06개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구·재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로 삭제하며, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
07정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법
정보주체는 회사에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지 및 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있습니다. 권리 행사는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 요청하실 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다. 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자를 통해서도 행사할 수 있습니다.
08개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS) 적용
- 개인정보에 대한 접근 권한 최소화 및 계정 관리
- 스팸·자동화 공격 차단을 위한 기술적 조치
09개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부
회사는 광고·분석 목적의 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 언어 설정(한국어/영어)을 기억하기 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)를 사용하며, 이는 개인을 식별하지 않고 브라우저 설정에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.

12개인정보처리방침의 변경
이 개인정보처리방침은 2026년 10월 8일부터 적용됩니다. 내용이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 8, 2026
Effix (“the Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, to protect your personal information and to handle related concerns promptly. If there is any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
01Purpose of processing
- Receiving and responding to consultation requests
- Providing service information and quotes related to your inquiry
Personal information is not used for any other purpose. If the purpose changes, we will obtain your separate consent.
02Information we collect
- Required: name, email address, inquiry details
- Optional: company name, phone number, areas of interest
- Automatically generated: IP address, access time and browser information may be processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14.
03Retention period
Personal information is deleted without delay once the consultation ends. It may be kept for up to one year from the request date for follow-up, or longer only where required by law.
04Provision to third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except with your consent or where required by law.

- When & how: transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) when you submit the form
- Retention: until the task is completed or the service agreement ends, per each provider's policy
- How to refuse: you may email us directly at [email protected] instead of using the form.
06Destruction
Electronic records are permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery; paper records are shredded or incinerated.
07Your rights
You may at any time request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent by emailing our Privacy Officer below. You may also exercise these rights through a legal representative or authorized agent.

09Cookies & local storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your language preference is stored in your browser's localStorage; it does not identify you and can be cleared in your browser settings.
